Jonathan King, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. King is a Founding Member, and Chief Executive Officer of Ecowell Oil and Gas, LLC. Mr. King has been instrumental in

locating upstream oil and gas opportunities, more specifically, opportunities that mat be undervalued by the seller.

Mr. King has more than 20 years in various positions demanding high levels of responsibility and accountability in both domestic

and international organizations. He has extensive experience in financial analysis, business oversight and management, and all

phases of project development.

Mr. King, most recently, as an entrepreneur, has focused on developing new companies, primarily in the media, technology and

financial sectors, identifying new challenges in an effort to find solutions. Several of the projects managed by Mr. King enjoyed

a measure of success allowing him to move forward with long-term goals, one of them being Ecowell Oil and Gas LLC.

Kevin Schumacher, President of Lease Operations  

Mr. Schumacher is a Founding Member of Ecowell Oil and Gas LLC and is the VP of Lease Operations for the Company. Kevin has a degree in Marine Transportation from the California Maritime Academy and is a Veteran.  

Mr. Schumacher has almost two decades of industry experience working for Shell, BP, ENI and the National Science Foundation. His experience has proven to be paramount in the due diligence and acquisition of the Halff Oil Unit, spending months on location preparing the lease surface area for work, assessing the condition of onsite assets, and performing a surface level evaluation of all downhole operations. 

Mr. Schumacher has learned to set and manage expectations, his experience speaks for itself, thus making him the perfect Company asset to lead all Lease Operations for Ecowell oil and Gas LLC. 

Reginald E. Harris, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Harris has over 20+ year's experience in business management, analytics, sales and marketing, business operations, lean operations and medical administration. He specializes in business analytics and problem-solving solutions with a focus on P&L management, process flow, lean operations, billing, and loss prevention. Profecient in utilizing and optimizing data processing, system statistics, Information Technology providing   billing, and loss prevention. Utilizing both technical and soft skills he has improved top-line and bottom-line performance leading teams in training, accounting, collections, medical, sales, business to business, and inventory control management. Mr. Harris, like Jonathan King, timing allowed him to join the start-up of Ecowell OIL and Gas LLC as one of the founding Members, and his overall business knowledge and analytics was the key in working through the due diligence efforts of developing the initial projects acquired by the Company.

Ricardo Forenza Jr., Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Forenza currently resides in Argentina, where he is a key member of his family’s business that provides logistic services within the sugar and ethanol industries. Currently their portfolio includes 6 operating companies.

Mr. Forenza and Mr. King have worked together previously in a venture allowing them to form a great working relationship, and to become good friends.  Mr. King, due to their prior working relationship and Mr. Fiorenza’s performance, invited Mr. Forenza to join the Founding Members in forming the Company due to the stringent rules and regulations the Company is faced with as being a Lease/Well Operator in the state of Texas.

Mr. Forenza will act as the Company’s’ Chief Operating Officer, responsible for compliance, maintenance and logistic oversight in daily well/lease operating responsibilities.
